MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MAINTENANCE OF OFFSHORE WIND FARM CABLES

Notice is hereby given that Gunfleet Sands Offshore Wind Farm has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake ten instances of repair or replacement on inter-array cables at Gunfleet Sands Offshore Wind Farm over the expected remaining operational lifetime of the project (23 years). Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Clacton Library, Clacton-on-Sea, CO15 1SF.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at : www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to lindsey.booth-huggins@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Tuesday 17 June 2014 , quoting reference MLA/2014/00156.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
