Notice is hereby given that Yuk Kong Yeung has applied in respect of:

For a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the provision of late night refreshment and supply of alcohol during the following hours: Monday – Sunday: 11:00 – 00:00
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 14.07.2014, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, High Street, Colchester. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly makes a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which, £5,000.
