Take notice that Ibrahim Karagoz has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Jenny's Cafe & Restaurant situate at 204 High Street, Dovercourt, Harwich Essex. CO12 3AJ to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occassions and times as set out below:
Hours Premises are open to the Public Mon - Sun 0800-00.00 hrs, (E)-Live Music Thurs - Sat 18.00-00.00 hrs, (F)-Recorded Music Mon - Sun 0800-00.00 hrs, (G)-Performance of Dance Thurs - Sat 18.00-00.00 hrs, Anything of a similar description to that falling within (E), (F) or (G) Thurs - Sat 18.00-00.00 hrs (I) Provision of facilities for making music Thurs - Sat 18.00-00.00 hrs, (J) Provision of facilities for Dancing Thurs - Sat 18.00-00.00 hrs, Provision of facilities for Entertainment of a similar description to that falling within I or J Thurs - Sat 18.00-00.00 hrs, Late night refreshment Mon - Sun 23.00-00.00 hrs, Supply of Alcohol Mon - Sun 08.00-00.00 hrs.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Weeley Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex CO16 9AJ or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.
Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than.1st September 2014.
