Notice Of A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that The Old Siege House Bar and Brasserie Ltd has applied in respect of The Old Siege House 75 East Street, Colchester, CO1 2TS for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Sale of alcohol to the public between the hours of 11-30am and 11pm Monday – Thursday, 11-30am and 00-30am Friday – Sunday.
Playing of live music 18-00pm and 00-00am Friday – Sunday.
Recorded music to be played 18-00pm – 00-00am Monday – Sunday As required for special events and occasions.
Opening hours 06.00am-24.00 Monday-Thursday, 06.00am-01.00am. Friday - Sunday

 Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 14/10/2014 to the Licensing, Food Safety Manager, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister  

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
