Application for a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that Wilkin & Sons LTD has applied in respect of the Tiptree Tearoom and visitor centre; Tiptree Tearoom, Wilkin & Sons Limited, Tiptree, Essex, CO5 0RF, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
The sale of alcohol to customers of the tearoom between the hours of 09.00 and 23.00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 20th October 2014 to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at http://www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000
