Pursuant to the Administration Act 1925

Any person having a claim or interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 28, Holman Crescent, Colchester, Essex. CO3 4PE, who died on 19th January 2015 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Administrator on or before 28th August 2015, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which they have had notice.
