Notice for a New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Stephen Bennett has applied in respect of PlayFootball Ltd, St Helena School, Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3LE for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises Sun to Thu 11am–10pm, Fri & Sat 11am-11.30pm
Late Night Refreshment Fri & Sat 11pm–11.30pm
The Playing Recorded Music Fri & Sat 7pm–12.00 midnight

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 25th August 2015, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
