Notice is hereby given that Osman Rasih has applied in respect of Silk Road Snooker and Pool Bar Lounge 1st Floor 4 St Botolph Street Colchester CO2 7DX for a club premises certificate under the licensing act 2003 to allow for a members only pool and snooker club to operate between the hours of 11-00am till 3-00am in the morning Monday to Sunday.
Representation to this application must be made in writing by 9th Sept 2015 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.
The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online at http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
