Notice by Executors under the Section 27 Trustee Act, 1925
Re: The Estate of Raymond Dennis Holmes (deceased)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the estate of the late Raymond Dennis Holmes, Security Guard, of 71 Slade Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 5EH, who died on 24th December 2014, should send particulars in writing to Beverley Holmes, at 1 Beckside, Elvington, York, YO41 4BE, by 23rd October 2015. After which date the personal representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
