Notice for a New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Mohammad Rahman has applied in respect of Curry India, 119-121 Crouch St, Colchester for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Sale of alcohol. Mon to Sun 10.00 to 00.00
Opening Hours. Mon to Sun 10.00 to 00.30

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 16/09/2015, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
