Notice is hereby given that Wivenhoe Sailing Club has applied in respect of the Wivenhoe Sailing Club, Walter Ratcliffe Road, Wivenhoe, Essex CO7 9WS for a Club Premises Variation under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for :
A. Additional bar upstairs for occasional use.
B. Additional bar outside for occasional use.
C. Live music up to 12 times per year.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 9th October 2015, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at http://www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
