Notice is hereby given that Wilkin & Sons Ltd has applied in respect of the Batte-Lay tea room, The Minories, 74 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1UE. For a premises licence under the licensing act 2003 to allow for provision of: Plays, films, live music, recorded music, dance performances and the sale of alcohol, between the hours of 09.00 and 23.00 Monday- Sunday.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by October 21st 2015, to the licensing manager, Colchester Borough Council, licensing authority, Rowan house, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan house, Colchester.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
