LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wilkin & Sons Ltd has applied in respect of the Tiptree tea room, shop, fruit shed and Red Moped at Wilkin & Sons Ltd, Tiptree, Essex, CO5 0RF. For a variation to their premises licence under the Licensing act 2003 to allow for: The sale of alcohol on and off site, the provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and spoken word performances between the hours of 9:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by November 6th 2015. To the licensing manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at and between the 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester.

 It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
