Newspaper Advertisement for Notice of a Variation To Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Pasini Leisure Ltd has applied in respect of the Three Wise Monkeys, 60 High St, Colchester Essex CO1 1DN for variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Extension of the licensed area into the ground floor and basement of 1A St Nicholas Street and the allowance of licensable activities until 01:00 on any evening preceding a bank or public holiday.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 20/11/2015, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
