Notice Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Hazel Dawn TUCKER, late of 362 Mill Road, Colchester, who died on 28/08/2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of the claim or interest to: Lyndon Tucker, 132 Roseberry Road, Redcar, Cleveland, and send such particulars before 31/12/15 after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice
