Notice of a Variation To Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Fenwick Limited has applied in respect of Williams and Griffin Limited 152 High Street Colchester CO1 1PN, for variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Amended hours for the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 08.00 to 23.00 within the refurbished and extended store.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by midnight on 29th November 2015, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000
