Application for Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Mr Man Bahadur Garbuja has applied in respect of the Gurkha Delight Curry House, 36 St. Botolph's Street, Colchester, CO2 7EA for a Premises Licence under the Licensing act 2003 to allow for: Provision of recorded music indoors, the sale of alcohol on the premises and late night refreshments on and off the premises. 11.00 - 23.00 Mondays to Sundays inclusive.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 27th November 2015, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at www.colcheser.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, at Rowan House, Colchester.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
