Notification of Public Consultation Event

Project: The removal of the existing glasshouses and ancillary buildings and replacement with a new residential scheme comprising of 18 private dwellings and 4 affordable dwellings along with enhancement measures to improve both the surrounding AONB and the Church of All Saints and its setting LAND ADJOINING CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS, LONDON ROAD, GT HORKESLEY.

Event Venue: Little Horkesley Village Hall, School Lane, Little Horkesley, Colchester, CO6 4DN.

Event time & Date: 10am – 1pm on 5th December 2015.

We hereby notify that a Public Consultation event is to be held at the above location. Mersea Homes Limited have been preparing a planning application to redevelop the existing glasshouse site and would be pleased to hear your views on the design development to date.
