Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that Peter Denis Freeman has applied in respect of the Live and Let Live, 12 Millers Lane, Stanway CO3 0PS, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

The sale by retail of alcohol, Performance of live and recorded music, Performance of dance during the hours of 11am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday, 11am to midnight Friday and Saturday. Extended to 1am on the Friday and Saturday of Bank Holiday weekends, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, St Georges Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Saturday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 10th December 2015, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
