LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Osman Rasih has applied in respect of the silk road lounge 4/5 St Botolph Street Colchester CO2 7DX for an extension to his current premises license under the Licensing Act 2003 on mornings of Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 03.30am until 04.30am to include live music, recorded music, performance of dance,the sale of alcohol & late night refreshments, the outside smoking area to the rear of the premises will continue to be closed down at current licensed hours.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 16th December 2015 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000
