Notice is hereby given that The Waiting Room Ltd has applied in respect of The Waiting Room, The Old Bus Station, Off Queen Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 2PQ or a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the Provision of plays, live music, recorded music, performances of dance indoors, provision of films indoors and outdoors and sale of alcohol on and off the premises Mondays to Saturdays from 09.00 to 02.00 and on Sundays from 09.00 to 00.00; provision of late night refreshment indoors and outdoors Mondays to Saturdays from 23.00 to 02.00 and on Sundays from 23.00 to 00.00
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 10th December 2015 to the Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
