Notice is hereby given for the renewal of a Sex Establishment licence pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 .Take notice the Stephen Ashodown has applied to Colchester Borough Council for the renewal of a Sex Establishment Licence at 67, Butt Road, Colchester, CO3 3DG.. Days and Hours of operation: Mon - Sat 10.00 to 6.00. Activity: Sex Shop. The application may be inspected at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex CO3 3WG

Any persons wishing to support or object to this application should do so in writing to the Head Of Proffessional Services, Licensing Specialist Unit, Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex. CO3 3WG or by e-mail to EPS.Support@colchester.gov.uk. The grounds for objection must be stated in general terms and received by the Council by no latter 04 01 2016.
