Notice is hereby given that Elysium Leisure Limited have applied in respect of Pavilion Restaurant, 20-22 Middleborough, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1QX, for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:- films,live music,recorded music,performances of dance,supply of alcohol,late night refreshments:
07:00 hours to 02:00 hours - Sunday to Wednesday
07:00 hours to 03:00 hours – Thursday, Friday and Saturday
07:00 hours to 03:00 hours – Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Good Friday

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 19th January 2016 to Licensing Specialist Unit, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG, where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £500.
