Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that PRL Express Ltd has applied in respect of the premises 65 North Hill, Colchester for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Supply of Alcohol 08.00-12.00 / Late night refreshment 08.00-12.00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, 15 Feb 2016 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
