LICENSING ACT 2003

TAKE NOTICE that Clacton Pavilion plc has applied to Tendring District Council as the licensing authority for the Tendring District for the variation of the premises licence held in respect of Armstrongs at The Pavilion situate at Pier Gap, Clacton on Sea CO15 1PS to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below in respect of a new external licensed café, as more clearly shown on the plans deposited with the licensing authority:
Opening hours to the public: 09.00 to 12 midnight each day of the week.
Live music and other forms of entertainment: 10.00 to 21.00 hrs each day of the week.
Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises:10.00 to 23.30 hrs each day of the week.
Late night refreshment:23.00 to 12 midnight each day of the week

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Weeley Council Office, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex CO16 9AJ or deliver this personally to the council offices at Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex where the public register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.
Any such representation must be received by the licensing authority no later than Tuesday 19 April 2016.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
