LICENSING ACT 2003

TAKE NOTICE that Pot Black 147 Limited has applied to Tendring District Council as the licensing authority for the Tendring District for the grant of a new premises licence for a new snooker club situate at First Floor, 13-19 Pier Avenue, Clacton on Sea CO15 1QB to permit licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times set out below:
Opening hours to the public: Sunday to Thursday 0900 hrs to 2330 hrs Friday & Saturday 0900 hrs to 2400 hrs
Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises: Sunday to Thursday 0900 hrs to 2300 hrs Friday & Saturday 0900 hrs to 2330 hrs
Indoor Sporting Events: Sunday to Thursday 2300 hrs to 2330 hrs Friday & Saturday 2300 hrs to 2400 hrs
The above hours to be extended by one hour on no more than 12 occasions per year for private pre-booked events only.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Weeley Council Office, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex CO16 9AJ or deliver this personally to the council offices at Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex where the public register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.
Any such representation must be received by the licensing authority no later than Tuesday 21 June 2016.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
