NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that ISMET CAM has applied for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises known as MIRRA RESTAURANT, 98 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1TH.

The application is as follows:
The Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises:
Sunday-Friday between the hours of 12:00pm-23:00pm.
Saturday’s between the hours of 12:00pm-01:00am
Valentine’s Day: 07:00 – 02:00,
Mother’s Day: 07:00 – 02:00.
Father’s Day: 07:00 – 02:00.
Christmas Eve: 07:00 – 02:00.
New Year’s Eve: 07:00 – 02:00.
The playing of amplified live music:
Sunday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am-23:00pm.
Saturday’s between the hours of 12:00pm-01:00am.
Valentine’s Day: 12:00 – 02:00.
Mother’s Day: 12:00 – 02:00.
Father’s Day: 12:00 – 02:00.
Christmas Eve: 12:00 – 02:00.
New Year’s Eve: 12:00 – 02:00.

A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

The application was lodged with the Council on 9th June 2016 and any representations must be made in writing to the above address by 7th July 2016.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
