Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Donna Hamblion has applied in respect of Boxted Community Hub for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Supply of Alcohol - Mon - Sun 12.00-2.30,
Showing of Films - Mon - Sun 10.00-23.00 and
Recorded Music - Mon - Sun. 18.00-24.00.

 Representations to this application must be made in writing,by 06/07/2016, to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
