EUGENE JOSEPH KELLY (Deceased)

Pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 11 Roydon Way, Frinton on Sea, CO13 0AH, who died on 29/04/15, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 18/08/16, after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
