Notice is hereby given that Mr Mangesh Dev has applied in respect of Claydons Newsagents Ltd 107 High St, Colchester. for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol. Monday to Sunday 06.00 to midnight Opening Hours as above.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 22/07/2016, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
