Application for a new Premises Licence


Notice is hereby given that Tom Beczala has applied to the Colchester Borough Council on 22nd June 2016 for a new premises licence to use Loofers Food & Coffee Co, 1 Culver Street West, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JG for the provision of sale of alcohol (09:00-22:00)

Should you wish to make representations to the council it must be in writing and/or you can view my application by contacting the council on 01206 282222 by 27th July 2016

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
