Licensing Act 2003 Section 17 (5)

Notice is hereby given that Camilla Rhodes has replied in respect of shop 2, 37 Crouch Street, Colchester, CO3 3EN, for a Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for sales of alcohol between 10AM and 10Pm Monday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 1st August 2016 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online: http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowlingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine is 5000 pounds
