TAKE NOTICE that Mrs Sonya McCready has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Deanos Wine Bar (Basement Area) situate at Lower Ground Floor, 158 High Street, Harwich, Essex CO12 3AT to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below:-
Sale of Alcohol only on the premises Mon to Thurs 11:00 - 00:00, Fri and Sat 11:00 - 01:00 Sun 11:00 - 00:00.
Performance of Live Music Mon to Wed 20:00 - 23:00, Thur to Sat 20:00 - 23:30 Sun 16:00 - 22:00.
Performance of Recorded Music Mon to Thur 19:00 - 00:00, Fri and Sat 18:00 - 01:00, Sunday 16:00 - 23:30.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex CO16 9AJ or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours. .
Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 29 SEPTEMBER 2016
