Notice is hereby given that Mr Mehmet Gerbaga has applied in respect of 35b St Botolphs Street, Colchester Essex. for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11.00am to 23.00pm.
Opening hours Monday to Sunday 07.00am to 23.30pm.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 14/10/2016 to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester. CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is , £5,000
