Notice is hereby given that Barton’s Wines & Spirits Ltd. has applied in respect of the Big Yellow Storage Company, Bruff Cl, Turner Rd, Colchester CO4 5EU for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol Mondays to Sundays, 24 hour trading (No access to the public on site)

 Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 4 November 2016 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.
 The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or online www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
