Take Notice that Helen Tricker has applied to Tendring District Council as the Licensing Authority for the Tendring District for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Ye Olde Cherry Tree situate at Clacton Road, Little Oakley, Harwich. CO12 5JH to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times set our below:

Supply of alcohol on & off the premises - Sun - Thur 10:00 - 24:00, Fri & Sat 10:00 - 01:00.
Late night refreshment on & off the premises - Mon - Sun 23:00 - 01:00
Live Music on & off the premises - Thur - Sat 12:00 - 23:00, Sun 12:00 - 22:30
Recorded Music on & off the premises - Sun - Thur 11:00 - 23:00, Fri - Sat 11:00 - 24:00
Seasonal Variations Will Apply.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Tendring District Council, Licensing Section, Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Essex CO16 9AJ or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley Essex where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.
Any such representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 8th November 2016.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
