Notice is hereby given that Roger Clark has applied in respect of the Colchester Brewery Limited, Unit 16, Wakes Hall Business Centre, Colchester Road, Wakes Colne, Essex CO6 2DY for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 23.00 Live and Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 23.00 Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 23.30

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 08th February 2012, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
