Notice of application for the grant of a sex entertainment licence pursuant to Schedule3 of the LG (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982
On 30.12.11 Exquisite Entertainments Ltd applied to Colchester Borough Council for the grant of a Sex Entertainments Venue licence for Heaven, 27 – 30 St Botolph’s Street, Colchester, Essex CO2 7EA.
Monday-Sunday 12:00- 04:00, sexual Entertainments The application may be inspected at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, Angel Court, High Street, Colchester, CO1 1SP.
Any person wishing to support or object to this application should do so in writing to the Head of Environmental & Protective Services, Licensing Specialist Unit, Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG or by email EPS.Support@colchester.gov.uk
The grounds for objection must be stated in general terms and received by the Council by no later than 20th January 2012. Please note that any written representations received may be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act1985.
