Licensing Act 2003 Notice

Notice is hereby given that James Alan Norman has applied in respect of 21 Trinity Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JN for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the supply of Alcohol and Recorded music between the hours of 9am to 7pm, Monday to Thursday, Recorded music 9am to 8pm Friday and Saturday, and 10am to 6pm Sunday, the supply of Alcohol 11am to 8pm Friday and Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing,by 19th May 2012 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Team at PO BOX 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester, CO3 3WG where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000. Ellisons
