Licensing Act 2003

Take notice that Millennium Excelsior Care Ltd has applied to Colchester Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of a new hotel to be known as Star Anglia Hotel, situated at 75, North Station Road, Colchester, Essex. CO1 1SB to permit the licensable activities to take place as set out below:
Live music Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 12 midnight,
Recorded music Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 12 midnight,
Provision of facilities for dancing Monday to Sunday 6.00pm to 12 midnight,
Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 02.00am.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Section, Rowan House, 3, Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex. CO3 3WG where the public register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.
Any representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 18th June, 2012.

Please note it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishment for which on summary conviction is a fine of up to £5,000.
