Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 11 of application for planning permission
Proposed development on land at Lakelands, Church Lane, Stanway, Colchester.
I give notice that O&H Properties Ltd has applied to Colchester Borough Council to extend the time limit for the implementation of planning permissions F/COL/01/0976 and O/COL/02/0980 which permit the mixed use development comprising business/ employment 11.3 net acres, residential 49.3 net acres and leisure 49.2 net acres approved on 21 March 1995; and the residential development of (300 dwellings) and associated road proposals.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Colchester Borough Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG by
Friday 22 June 2012.

Statement of owners’ rights
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
