APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE KELVEDON LABOUR CLUB

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Sections 17 or 71 of the Licensing Act 2003)

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE:
APPLICANT: KELVEDON LABOUR CLUB, ADDRESS OF PREMISES: 75 HIGH STREET KELVEDON CO5 9AE
SUMMARY OF APPLICATION:

The club is applying for a premises license to cover the function hall, patio and garden (Outside) so that it can hire the facilities to local, public, private sector organisation & companies for Training and Development, Meetings, Seminars and also to be able to hire to non-members for Parties, Wakes and Weddings. For the sale of alcohol between 12.00 to 0100 Mondays to Thursdays & Sundays, Friday and Saturday 12.00 to 0200. All other activities including (b) Films, (e) Live Music, (f) Recorded Music, (g) performance of Dance. Anything of a similar description to that falling within e, f or g. Also (i) Provision of facilities for making music, (j) Provision of facilities for dancing & Provision of facilities entertainment of a similar description to that falling within I & J and late night refreshments.

Club opening hours Monday to Thursday & Sunday 0900 to 0100
Friday & Saturday 0900 to 0200.
