ESSEX FIRE AUTHORITY Audit of Accounts: Year Ended 31 March 2012

Notice is given that: The accounts to be audited and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating to them for the year ended 31 March 2012 will be available for inspection from 1st to 29th August 2012, between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 on normal business days at Kelvedon Park, London Road, Witham, Essex, CM8 3HB.
 The Auditor has appointed 30 August for the purpose of the exercise of rights under section 15 (right of local government elector to request an opportunity to question the auditor about the accounts) and 16 (right of local government elector to make objections to the auditor) of the Audit Commission Act 1998.
