Notice is hereby given that Kenan Karatay has applied in respect of Queen Street Continental Supermarket, 38 Queen Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 2PL for a Premises Licence under the LIcensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08.00 to 23.00. Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 08.00 to 23.00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 1st August 2012, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, Essex CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
