Notice is hereby given that Zaneta Tarasover has applied in respect of Baltika, 8 The Willows, Colchester, Essex, for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:Sale of Alcohol, Mon - Sun 08.00 am to 22.00 pm. Opening hours Mon - Sun 08.00 am to 22.00 pm.

 Representations to this application must be made in writing by 17/9/2012 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority, PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, Essex. CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday

It is an offence on summary conviction,to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
