Notice Of Application For a New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Cafe Poirier has applied in respect of Hatfields Furnishing, Peartree Road, Stanway, Essex for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Sale of Beers and Wines with lunches betweeen 11.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 22nd october 2012, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
