On November 24th , hundreds of people have gathered at Wimpole National Trust as its opened its Christmas Trail which contains carol singing, tasty food and plenty of fun.

The National Trust has partnered up with Sony Music to start the Christmas count down in the best way possible.

A quote from Joanna Taylor ‘One of the strengths of the trail is the way that its designers – the national trust in partnership with Culture Creative and Sony Music- make effective use of the incredible setting they had to work with.’

The event catered to everybody's taste, with both traditional displays such as Christmas trees, huge ornaments, and Christmas themed figures, to the utra-modern lights illuminating the colourful neon tree and the green gardens.

As this is the first year Wimpole Hall has hosted the light trail, I am optimistic that it will become bigger and bolder in the future years and bring more families to celebrate the festival holiday.
