GREEN Michael John. The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to Dr Lamont, Mandy, Dr Sue Pickford, all the staff of Jefferson Ward, District Nurses (especially Denise) and St Helena Hospice Homecare Nurses for all their excellent care and support. We would also like to thank everyone who attended the service, sent cards of condolence, made donations to 'St Helena Hospice Nurses', and to the Reverend Terry McFadden for the lovely service and the East of England Co-operative Funeral Services.
