MORTIMER Jennifer Ann (née Bethune) 89, was promoted to glory on Friday 6th August 2021, passing peacefully in her sleep. She had a lifelong passion for the natural world. An avid gardener. Cat lover. Opinionated debater, on almost any topic. But most of all, just simply, a great Mum. She is survived by her Sons, Roger and Rod, her Daughters-in-Law, Heather and Cindi, her Grandchildren, Beth, Rory, Jude, Israel and Max and her Great Grandchildren, Lily, Alexis, Myla, Ella, Ava, Reuben and Caleb. She will also be greatly missed by all her friends in the UK and family in Australasia. 'To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.'
