FROST Valerie Anne On 3rd November Val of Frinton-on-Sea passed away peacefully aged 83 years. Much loved Mother, Grandma and a dear friend to many. Funeral Service on Thursday 25th November at Weeley Crematorium at 12:30pm. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Val may be sent to British Heart Foundation c/o P.G.
